Uzair Chiragdin

Uzair joined Alcentra in 2019 as a member of the Private Credit team. Uzair is responsible for sourcing and executing private debt investments across a variety of industries and geographies, with a focus on the UK & Nordics. 

Prior to joining Alcentra, Uzair worked in leveraged finance origination at RBS, before moving to Marlborough Partners where he advised on numerous sponsor-backed and corporate transactions. 

Uzair graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc (Hons) in Economics.
