Natalie Rocks

Natalie joined Alcentra in January 2006 and is a Managing Director and Head of Operations. Natalie’s team are responsible for the operational activities of the business and implementing scalable and efficient systems and processes. Prior to Alcentra Natalie worked for JP Morgan within their Structured Finance business. Natalie has also recently been a participant at the prestigious Cambridge Rising Women’s Leaders Programme.
