Luisa McNeil

Luisa joined Alcentra in 2024 and serves as the Global Head of RFP. She is responsible for leading a dynamic team tasked with crafting compelling proposals that showcase the firm's capabilities and solutions to prospective and existing clients worldwide.

Prior to joining Alcentra, Luisa held the position of Co-Head of Proposals at Ninety One, where she led the Proposal team and managed the RFP and DDQ completion process end-to-end. Luisa streamlined RFP processes by leveraging technology and implementing best practices to improve automation, efficiency, and effectiveness continually.

Luisa graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business.
