Luca Morra

Luca joined Alcentra in September 2024 as an Executive Director within the Business Development team at BSP-Alcentra. In his role, Luca is based in Milan and is in charge of sales efforts for BSP-Alcentra’s strategies in Southern European markets (Italy, Spain and Portugal).

Prior to joining BSP-Alcentra, Luca worked at CAPZA, a small and mid-cap private capital boutique, leading fundraising across Italy and the Ticino region for Private Debt and Private Equity strategies. Prior to that, Luca was at BlackRock for over 7 years both in London and Milan, covering Business Development and Institutional Sales in Italy and Southern Europe.

Luca holds a Double Degree MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School in France and EADA Business School in Spain as well as a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Italy.
