Ben joined Alcentra in 2019 and reports directly to James Algar, the Head of Compliance and Risk for the Alcentra Group and is responsible for assisting James in overseeing both the Compliance and AML Functions on a daily basis.
Prior to joining Alcentra, Ben headed up the Product Advisory and Compliance Monitoring function at BNY Mellon Investment Management EMEA Ltd for 4 1/2 years and has held senior Compliance roles at Morgan Stanley, Schroders and Northern Trust during his 20+ year career in compliance and regulation.
