Andrew Bader
Executive Director
Andrew joined Alcentra in February 2020 and is the tax lead in the Fund Execution team. He is responsible for the tax matters of Alcentra-advised funds, including fund and investment structuring and tax reporting.
Prior to joining Alcentra, Andrew worked at Deloitte and EY, advising on tax matters for private credit and hedge fund clients.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in 2012 with a dual major in Finance and Accounting and is a CPA in the state of California.
