Tim Herman

Tim serves as a Director and Chief Technology Officer for the Alcentra group. He joined the company in December 2012, and previously worked on the Alcentra contract with Alcentra’s outsourced IT provider for six years. He has a total of 22 years’ experience working in Information Technology. In his role he manages Alcentra's technology team and works to continually review and improve Alcentra’s IT strategies and processes to support the company’s continuing growth. The Alcentra IT team work closely with BNY Mellon Technology groups to align our systems and processes as appropriate.

Tim graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Brighton in 1999.
