Executive Director
Marek joined Alcentra in March 2023 and is Executive Director of Data Engineering.
In his role, Marek leads projects focused on driving efficiencies and automation by modernizing the company's technology and infrastructure, as well as leading the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, including the firm’s main data platform. In his role, he leads the data strategy, promotes best practices, and introduces new technologies and practices to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities.
Prior to joining, Marek headed up a Data Engineering and Management Information Team at a thematic asset management firm for 6.5 years.
Marek graduated from Birkbeck with a first-class degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
