Jenny Edwards-Crooke

Jenny joined Alcentra in 2021 and is Managing Counsel and Head of Legal for Alcentra. She is responsible for advising on legal fund structuring and execution matters and CLOs, as well as corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Before joining Alcentra, Jenny worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton from 2007 to 2014. She moved in-house to Wells Fargo and then to Mourant Ozannes in the Cayman Islands where she advised on investment funds, regulatory and finance matters. She then returned to London and became General Counsel for a Family Office.

Jenny graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Law, and completed her legal studies at BPP Law school.
