Gerardo Manzo

Gerardo joined Alcentra in 2024 as a member of the Product Management team within the Business Development. In his role, Gerardo is responsible for supporting the growth and evolution of Alcentra’s European Direct Lending strategies.

Prior to joining Alcentra, Gerardo was a Vice President at Schroders within their Product division. He moved into the role after working at Macquarie Asset Management and HSBC, where he was part of the Product Specialist team with responsibilities spanning across product development, fundraising and cross-product marketing. 

Gerardo graduated from Bayes Business School (formerly CASS Business School) in 2018 with a MSc in Investment Management and holds the CFA ESG Certificate. He is fluent in Italian and English.
